RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

At PAULTHINGS we stand by every product that we sell. We are committed to bringing you only the highest quality items.

Jewel Cases - Due to the nature of manufacturing and shipment, some jewel cases could be subject to surface level scratches and scuffs. Jewel cases with scratches, minor molding flaws, or cosmetic defects are not subject to refunds or returns. Thank you for understanding.

We also do our best to communicate any potential confusion in the product descriptions. They are constantly updated based on feedback from our customers. Please read through them carefully before making your purchase decision.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original shipment date for items still in new/unused condition.

For all items being exchanged / returned, the original packaging must be unopened with all its original contents included, with no visible signs of wear and tear on the items, and its packaging.

Please expect a 7-10 business day window for returns to be processed. This is after the returned item is received by our warehouse. Please keep in mind that returns come in with all other mail and packages, and are sorted as such. Thanks in advance for you patience! If you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

For domestic customers, returns for store credit and exchanges are free. However, there is a flat $5 restocking fee deducted from refunds to the original payment method. Refunds and exchanges will not include the shipment cost of the original order. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery being provided to us. International customers will need to pay for their own shipping costs back to us.

Lastly, please use appropriate packaging material when shipping items back to us. We are not responsible for any damages to the items during shipment and may refuse the return when the items arrive damaged to us.
